Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders requiring urgent/express delivery will be processed on the same day. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard via PayPal. Payment through Paypal is safe and secure. The postage is set at a flate rate of $5.95 except on the party printables. Once the parcel is posted, it is in the hands of Australia Post and My Little Jedi will not be held responsible for lost parcels while in transit with Australia Post.
Refunds and exchanges
If you have received a faulty item and you are not satisfied with the quality of your product, you may return the item within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the sale amount. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note that goods MUST be returned in their original condition and we will require a proof of purchase. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Party Printables
You will be emailed a customized printable PDF page within 2 working days for printing at home or professional printer (on cardstock). Print as many as you need, no printed materials will be shipped. File will be sent to email address provided.
